Award-Winning Multifamily Execution

One Thousand One showcases how Klover helped solve the challenges of large-scale multifamily construction through strategic prefabrication, BIM-driven coordination, and proven field execution. Working alongside Post Brothers and the project team, Klover designed, manufactured, and installed prefabricated cold-formed steel wall systems that accelerated construction, improved coordination, and delivered greater project certainty on one of Philadelphia’s most ambitious residential developments.

Recognized with the 2025 ABC National Eagle Award for Construction Excellence, the project demonstrates how modern prefabrication can transform urban construction by reducing onsite labor, streamlining logistics, and supporting faster, more predictable project delivery.

The Challenge

Delivering one of Philadelphia’s largest residential developments required more than manpower. The dense urban jobsite, complex logistics, evolving design coordination, and aggressive construction schedule demanded a smarter building strategy. Every wall panel needed to be engineered, manufactured, delivered, and installed with precision while minimizing disruption and keeping multiple trades moving efficiently.

The Solution

Klover partnered with the owner, architect, and construction team early in the process to develop an integrated prefabrication strategy driven by Building Information Modeling (BIM). Thousands of unique wall panels were digitally coordinated, manufactured in Klover’s controlled facility, and delivered in carefully sequenced shipments for installation.

The result was a highly coordinated workflow that reduced onsite congestion, minimized weather-related delays, improved quality control, and accelerated construction without compromising performance.

Project Impact

  • 3,397 prefabricated wall panels manufactured and installed
  • More than 742,000 square feet of prefabricated wall systems
  • One of the largest residential prefabricated wall panel projects in the United States at the time of construction
  • Extensive BIM coordination reduced conflicts before construction began
  • Innovative logistics strategy supported hundreds of deliveries in a constrained urban environment
  • Awarded the 2025 ABC National Eagle Award for Construction Excellence

Why This Project Matters

Complex multifamily developments require more than quality construction—they require strategic coordination from design through installation.
