St. Luke’s Univ. Health Network<p>Upper Bucks Hospital

Quakertown, PA

Klover was proud to partner once again with St. Luke’s University Health Network and provide our Prefabricated Curtain Wall Panels to enclose its new Quakertown Hospital. The facility is located just a few miles from our prefabrication shop.

As the time-lapse video shows, we were able to enclose the building in a matter of a few days before winter started, allowing interior work to continue during colder weather. This project featured exterior sheathing on rolled 6” CFMS frames with structural brick shelf angle supported via integrated c-channels. We also panelized the St. Luke’s now architecturally iconic column bump-outs with 3-dimensional wrap-around panels, as well as 3D roof cornices.

Klover has also been proud to be part of the team for the following St. Luke’s Buildings: Monroe Hospital Tower 1, Monroe Hospital Tower 2, Monroe Medical Office Building, Anderson Medical Office Building, Lehigh Hills Medical Office Building, Women and Babies Pavilion at Anderson Campus, Anderson Cardiac Care Tower, Anderson OR Expansion, Anderson ER expansion and Orwigsburg Hospital. We look forward to continuing our partnership with St. Luke’s!
